About Tarrytown Functional Medicine

Jill Fetell, M.D., C.C.N., practices dermatology and complementary medicine. She received her M.D. from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and received her dermatology training from Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, both in New York. She has practiced medicine and dermatology during the past 18 years. Dr. Fetell became certified in acupuncture at New York Medical College in 1999 and in clinical nutrition by the American Board of Clinical Nutrition in the year 2000.

George A. Carr, C.C.N, ACSM is a certified clinical nutrionist as well as a fitness trainer certified by the American College of Sports Medicine. He does bioterrain analysis and has extensive experience in weight loss.
